Hoyt St Hampton Project

A challenging project that was completed by a specialized product to achieve this stunning finish

Intro
The project at 22 Hoyt St Hampton was repainted with a specific paint as we had to paint over lime render coating. This was particularly challenging as the average paint product was not going to go over the Tuscan Style lime render that was applied by the original rendering company. 

 
Solution
The solution was reached after researching all paint manufacturers in Melbourne and after them telling us the they wouldn't guarantee their product over the lime render we ended up going with a a product from Germany called Keim. This product was not only guaranteed to go over the lime based render but they also guaranteed it for 125years.
